About these terms
This website is published by Dragonfly EdTech, LLC. By using it you accept the terms below. They cover the website itself. Software we license and work we are commissioned to do are covered by the separate agreement made with the client.
Using the site
You may read these pages, and contact us through them, for any lawful purpose. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to areas you have not been given an account for, or extract data from it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine crawling.
Content and trademarks
The text, images and design of this site belong to Dragonfly EdTech, LLC unless stated otherwise. Odona is our trademark. Moodle is a trademark of Moodle Pty Ltd, and we are an independent developer, not affiliated with or endorsed by Moodle Pty Ltd.
Software licensing
Our Moodle plugin source code is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 3, as Moodle plugins are. Commercial terms covering releases, updates and support are set out in the agreement with each client, and nothing on this website varies that agreement.
Accuracy
We keep product information here as accurate as we can, but it describes software that changes, and it is published without warranty. It is not a contractual commitment about what any particular release does. Ask us if a specific capability matters to your decision.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for its content or its policies.
Governing law
Dragonfly EdTech, LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Alaska, United States. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Alaska have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.
