What Dragonfly EdTech collects through this website, why, where it is processed, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion. No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts.

Who we are
This site is operated by Dragonfly EdTech, LLC, a company based in Soldotna, Alaska, United States, which is the data controller for the information described below. For anything in this policy, write to david.saylor@dragonflyedtech.com.
What we collect
Enquiries. If you send us a message, we keep the name, email address and the message you type into the form.
Release notes. If you subscribe to product updates, we keep your email address.
Client accounts. Licensed clients have a sign-in account here. For those accounts we hold the name and email address of each named contact, the support tickets they raise, and the licences held by their organization.
Server logs. Our server records the usual request information: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in while you use a signed-in area. We set no advertising cookies, and we run no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
What we do with it
We use enquiry details to answer the enquiry and to keep our own record of who we have spoken to. We use subscriber addresses only to send the product updates you asked for. We use client account details to run licences and support. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it is processed
This site runs on servers we operate at Amazon Web Services in the United States, and outgoing email is delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service. Those are the only external processors involved in running this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and afterwards as a business record. Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Client account records are kept for the life of the licence and for as long as we must keep business records afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
Your choices
Every update email carries an unsubscribe link. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address above. We will act on the request unless we are required to keep the record.
Children
This site is aimed at organizations and the people who buy and run software for them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Sites run by our clients
Organizations that license Odona run their own Moodle sites on their own infrastructure or ours. Those sites are controlled by those organizations and are covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
